Our Delrin Acetal Resin stamps are made from premium US-sourced materials. Using 1/2” (12.70mm) cast material and a 100-watt laser, we achieve super high-resolution stamps built for exceptional detail and longevity. We can create stamps from nearly any image or artwork, and we also offer hand-drawn custom logos, maker’s marks, or other art.
Our stamps leave precise impressions in leather from 3 oz to 16 oz, and can be used repeatedly with presses from 1 ton up to 20 tons. The resin we use has a tensile strength of 9,000 lbs.
For mallet use, note that intricate designs need extra care, as this method is more demanding on the tool. A Hefty Handle is required for mallet applications and can be purchased on our website.
